hotel itself is good very clean and tidy - location was difficult to get to from hull station as all walking paths seem to be blocked off ended up getting uber here. I stayed when there was a party downstairs so kids kept coming up to pop balloons in my door but after i told
reception it stopped all in all will stay again

It's my first visit and I'm absolutely amazed of the food and service. The views from my room were stunning, overlooking the Marina and the staff have been really kind and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip to Hull. Highly recommend!

Ambassador room 101 is very outdated. No USB plugs, A/C not working, and limited room lighting. I paid a premium rate and was very disappointed. The road route to the hotel was a nightmare with all the road works that have been delayed for the past 2 years. I would choose somewhere else.

Really handy location for the city centre and the Pride parade which we had come for as we were singing with AFO choir! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, nice rooms and fab breakfast! Really welcoming and helpful staff will definitely be back when next visiting Hull!

Stayed here for a couple of nights in a huge room that overlooked the Marina. Lovely welcome from reception on arrival and the room although dated and a bit tired, was clean, bright, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty of choice and it was all delicious. The restaurant also overlooked the water so it was a great view, an excellent start to the day. Location is perfect, right by the Marina but only a short walk to town.
